Welcome back, we have some good and bad news with our reintroduction of the podcast, the good news is that we have managed to get three videos recorded with some very insightful discussion topics. However, the bad news is we’ve had to do them over internet calls which means the audio might not be perfect! As well as this there will be only one section which is the discussion, there is no before and after like you would have heard in the previous episodes.
For this episode we interviewed University of Central Lancashire lecturer and FA Coach Educator Cliff Olsson who discussed the coach education system and its evolvement over the last 20 years. This discussion was highly interesting to myself and I’m sure it will be to whoever listens, it gives great insight to new coaches that there is no right answer to everything. We also talk over some of the immense challenges new and young coaches face with getting credibility in the coaching world.
