In this episode we held a discussion with Jordan Armstrong who is a fellow coach and good friend of ours. Jordan is the owner and founder of Soccer Hub which is a company which strives in providing excellent opportunities for kids to be involved in sport. Myself and James were lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Jordan coaching football in his Soccer Hub Academy. His academy gives opportunities for players to experience the environments that professional football clubs have, as well as this he has created an excellent games programme which sees the academy play some of the best clubs in the UK and also has recruited a range of coaches all involved in professional clubs which helps with detailed coaching sessions. In this podcast we go over some of the opportunities that private academies can give to players who are striving to be at that top level. Some players might not get the chance to show academies their ability, some might not be ready and some might not have that experience in the high performance environments. These private academies give these players the chance to show and develop these factors so that when they get their chance they will give it their best. Which shows having already a handful of players signing professional contracts.
